Shandong Qingzhou City Investment · Lanting Waterfront Project Construction Update
Qingzhou Lanting Waterfront is the first commercial residential project in the area to adopt ultra-low-energy technologies at a high standard as a guarantee. All doors and windows are sourced from the Aluplast (German aluplast) product system.
The project broke ground in August 2024. Its total floor area is over 7,000 square meters, and the building height is 22 meters. All of it... Large floor-to-ceiling windows and panoramic balconies, paired with high-performance Alutech imported doors and windows. On-site measurements must confirm that the U-values of these doors and windows are below 1.4, and they will be installed using Alutech’s patented subframe installation technology. The apartment layouts primarily include duplexes ranging from 254 to 300 square meters, spacious open-plan apartments, and multi-story villas ranging from 148 to 236 square meters.

Construction Update on the Kindergarten Project Affiliated with Tayuanzhuang School in Zhengding County, Hebei Province
The kindergarten affiliated with Tayuanzhuang School in Zhengding County broke ground in June 2024. The total floor area of the project is approximately 5,400 square meters. The building has a floor-to-ceiling height of 4.2 meters and a total height of 13.5 meters. It is equipped with Alute ultra-low-energy passive windows and doors. In addressing the integration of windows and doors with the exterior facade structure, Alute’s patented pre-embedded thermal insulation technology was employed, effectively resolving the connection between windows/doors and the concrete main structure. This technology ensures that the embedded plates, cladding panels, and external connections are fully integrated into the insulation layer, thereby meeting the requirements for overall ultra-low-energy buildings.
Considering the practicality of the project—especially the need to ensure child safety and fire safety—the safety standards for exterior doors and windows are even higher. We’re confident that Alute Doors & Windows will deliver a truly satisfactory result.
Construction Update on the Xingze Yuan Talent Apartment Project in Zhengzhou, Henan Province
The first-phase, second section of the Zhengzhou Xingze Yuan Talent Apartment Project has a total construction area of approximately 105,852.66 square meters. Construction of the project commenced at the end of December 2023. The project features an external envelope with enhanced thermal insulation and air-tightness performance, as well as a passive window and door system. It also incorporates an efficient energy-recovery ventilation system and achieves ultra-low energy consumption through thermal-bridge-free design and construction techniques. The project is specially equipped with Alute ultra-low-energy, high-performance windows and doors, paired with Alute’s patented frame installation technology.
The project is currently being vigorously advanced. Upon completion, it will be the first residential development in Henan Province to adopt ultra-low-energy building technologies, and it will serve as a model and leader in promoting and popularizing such technologies throughout the city and even the entire province.
