The company covers an area of 40,000 square meters with a building area of 30,000 square meters, including four modern workshops. Its annual production capacity reaches 300,000 square meters of energy-saving doors and windows.
Speaking of Aluter, we can’t help but mention Shandong Zili—the parent company of Aluter. Shandong Zili Curtain Wall Engineering Co., Ltd., established in early 1984 with a registered capital of 50.66 million yuan, is a specialized enterprise engaged in the manufacturing and installation of architectural aluminum alloy windows, PVC doors and windows, architectural curtain walls, and interior decoration and renovation projects. The company was among the first in China to obtain dual Grade-I qualifications: it holds a Grade-I professional contracting license for architectural curtain wall engineering and a Grade-II professional contracting license for architectural decoration and renovation engineering; a Grade-A special qualification for architectural curtain wall engineering design; a Grade-B special qualification for architectural decoration and renovation engineering design; a Grade-I license for the installation of architectural doors and windows; a Grade-I license for the manufacture of architectural doors and windows; and a qualification for steel structure engineering. In 2008, our company successfully obtained certification under the quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety management systems, and has continuously been recognized as a “Shandong Province Enterprise that Honors Contracts and Keeps Its Promises.” Throughout its history, our company has adhered to the guiding principle of “high-quality products go hand in hand with high moral character; integrity and innovation are eternal,” thereby establishing its own brand within the industry. Aluter has fully adopted Germany’s advanced window and door system manufacturing technologies, encompassing a fully digital production line, specialized design software, and high-quality raw materials and hardware components. We are committed to producing a new generation of windows and doors that deliver exceptional performance and superior quality. Currently, Aluter’s product lineup includes the Master76 series windows, the Master90 series windows, the IDEAL8000 series windows, sliding windows with integrated closing mechanisms, hinged doors, and lift-and-slide doors.
To bring our products to the ultimate level—especially in terms of technical solutions for sealing, thermal insulation, and soundproofing—we’ve invested heavily in technical research and development. By doing so, we aim to deliver a premium quality experience to our users. On one hand, Aluter products feature a triple-sealing system—inner, middle, and outer layers—whose progressively designed sealing strips effectively block the penetration of sound, heat, as well as wind, sand, and rainwater. These TPE sealing strips boast superior resistance to aging, ensuring that the window’s seal remains intact and effective over a longer period. On the other hand, our glass units employ a three-layer design with two air cavities. Compared to single-layer or conventional double-layer glass, this three-layer configuration with dual air cavities delivers noticeably enhanced thermal insulation and soundproofing performance right from the start. Third, throughout the entire window manufacturing process, we also utilize a patented foam-filling technology: we completely and efficiently fill the internal chambers of the window profiles with high-performance polymer foam material that offers excellent thermal insulation and soundproofing properties. This material is not only environmentally friendly and healthy—it’s also recyclable and reusable. Moreover, it’s a flame-retardant material that provides optimal protective performance when it matters most.

Since its establishment, the company has now obtained over 40 patented technologies and has been certified for green building materials products and system windows and doors. It has also been recognized as a provincial-level high-tech enterprise. In 2020 and 2021, the company placed second and first, respectively, in the National Passive House Skills Competition.
The passive house projects undertaken by the company—including the teaching and research building of No. 9 Middle School in Zhengding, Hebei Province; the shantytown redevelopment apartments in Gushao Town, Zaozhuang; and the ward building of the Dalian Infectious Disease Hospital—have received unanimous praise from the expert panel of the Ministry of Construction. The ward building project at the Dalian Infectious Disease Hospital has been certified as a nearly zero-energy building.
Arute primarily utilizes equipment from Germany’s Sturtz combined with the UK’s WindowMake window and door software. This system integrates front-end sales, design, production, order assignment, quality inspection, and warehousing of windows and doors in a systematic manner, enabling end-to-end monitoring and traceability at any location and in any production stage. Coupled with high-precision machining equipment, this system maximizes the design performance of the products. The network system transmits processing data collected from each production stage to a cloud-based database for analysis and displays it on large screens, providing a clear and intuitive overview of the processing status at every stage. As a result, workshop production management has become fully visualized and digitized.
