Warranty Policy
1. The warranty period for the entire window (excluding the glass) is 10 years, excluding damage caused by human factors.
2. The company provides lifetime maintenance services for its products.
3. Charge for labor costs and material costs outside the warranty period.
Service Commitment
1. The company has set up a 24-hour service hotline at 4001160586 to accept customer feedback, reports, and complaints.
2. Upon receiving feedback from users regarding quality issues, the company guarantees to respond within 8 hours and continue until the issue is resolved.
3. If on-site resolution is required, we will arrive at the site within 24 hours for users within the province and within 48 hours for users from other provinces.
(1) For simple issues, such as repairing sealant, direct repairs can be carried out.
(2) For more complex issues, a detailed maintenance service plan must be developed, and the after-sales service department will organize and schedule the repair work.
(3) Except for issues requiring replacement of exceptionally large components, the after-sales repair cycle shall not exceed 72 hours.
(4) Damage to glass and scratches on the surface of profiles are not covered under the warranty.
4. Service personnel will not leave until the quality issues are resolved.
5. Within 30 days after the initial installation is completed, the company will send a dedicated representative for a follow-up visit. During the product’s warranty period, the company will provide at least six follow-up visits in any form.
6. The company provides lifetime technical services and support.
7. On-site service that complies with the warranty policy is provided at no additional charge. For services beyond the scope of the warranty, only labor costs and the cost of replacement parts will be charged.
8. The company provides a standardized product service card and certificate of conformity, and welcomes user supervision.
