Company History
Alute Energy-Saving Doors and Windows Co., Ltd. was established in June 2018 and became a technology-based small and medium-sized enterprise in 2019. In November 2021, the company was certified as a provincial-level high-tech enterprise in Shandong Province. The company has obtained certifications including the Passive House Institute (PHI) certification from Germany, the China Green Building Materials Product Certification issued by the China Academy of Building Research, and system window and door certifications. Since its establishment, the company has actively introduced German system window and door manufacturing technologies and consistently used imported German raw materials and hardware components. To date, it has brought in four fully digital window and door production lines from Sturtz in Germany, with an annual production capacity reaching 300,000 square meters. The company remains committed to R&D and technological breakthroughs, having secured nearly 30 national patents to date. It has also participated in the drafting of national group and industry standards for plastic windows and doors, and is actively researching and exploring new specifications for aluminum-plastic-steel composite windows and doors. In 2020 and 2021, the company won second and first place respectively at the National Passive House Skills Competition. Several passive house projects constructed with the company’s participation—including the Teaching and Research Building of No. 9 Middle School in Zhengding, Hebei; the shantytown renovation apartment complex in Gushao Town, Zaozhuang; and the ward building of the Dalian Infectious Disease Hospital—have received unanimous praise from expert panels of the Ministry of Construction. In 2021, Alute’s workshop intelligent transformation project was designated as a key municipal industrial project and was awarded the title of “Smart Factory” among the first batch by the Shandong Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology.
January 2018
The company’s founder visited aluplast’s headquarters, and the two sides reached a preliminary consensus on cooperation.
Early March 2018
Mr. Feldmann, Senior President of Aluplast’s Asia-Pacific Region, paid a return visit to Shandong Zili Curtain Wall Engineering Co., Ltd.
Mid-March 2018
The company’s founder and others visited the aluplast headquarters once again and formally signed a cooperation agreement, officially naming the brand Alut.
June 2018
The two parties held in-depth strategic talks on brand licensing and the use of the image rights of aluplast’s founder.
June 21, 2018
Alute Energy-Saving Doors and Windows Co., Ltd. has been officially established, marking the official and comprehensive entry of the Alute System Doors and Windows brand—committed to carrying forward the aluplast culture—into the Chinese market.
End of June 2018
The company has fully introduced the all-digital production line from Germany’s Stürmer, marking the establishment of a standardized German Industry 4.0 production system within the company.
November 2018
The establishment of the Jinan Operations Center marks the company’s official launch of its nationwide retail market strategy.
December 2018
The company has officially signed a cooperation agreement with Red Star Macalline (Shandong) Co., Ltd. to establish a presence in the terminal retail market, marking the company’s formal entry into the end-consumer retail sector.
